And his followup post on Whirlpool this morning (http://whrl.pl/RefLHn) gives a little insight into his motivation - being his concerns around TPG's intentions for staff and customers.

The board have not communicate in the slightest about this to shareholders and we all know David Teoh's vision of business.. A race to the bottom.

Not the direction anyone that is connected to iinet wants to go.
