Dave Temkin gave a presentation a few weeks back at the @Scale conference
about how their infrastructure actually works, including content
rebalancing and cache population.

I think its pretty damn cool for many other reasons, but you have to love
how they actually go about doing what they do and how they've removed cost
out of what they do.
