[AusNOG] iPrimus / M2 - Technical Contact

Hi Everyone

On this glorious Monday afternoon, I'm after a technical contact for  
an issue with an iPrimus SHDSL service. I checked PeeringDB but didn't  
want to disturb Netops as it's just a problem specific to our service.

I have made a decent effort to communicate via the usual tech support  
lines but it's just not getting anywhere.
