[AusNOG] Outlook 2013 - possible bug to bite?

Thanks to those who suggested various (reasonable) things offlist.

Word just in from the customer:

   It seems to be collecting mail fine now....****** had a look around & I
   think it basically re-set itself when we re-started Outlook (Shut it
   down & opened it up again)

No wonder I hate, loath and detest windows!

So it looks like it's a non-event and sorry for wasting peoples time.
I was concerned there may have been a recent issue that may have been more 
widespread. (Who knows, it may still be!)
