And at the risk of increasing my competition for a speaker slot, speakers also get (assuming the same arrangements as in the past) :
- free conference attendance- free attendance to the speakers dinner at a restaurant chosen by the organisers, and in my experience, they choose very good ones.

So the deadline for this has come and gone. Did you miss out? Still struggling to woo management? Feeling unsure if your idea is suitable?

I'm here to help - drop me a note off list and I can talk it over with you. Sometimes the gems of network operations come from the most humble and unlikely places.
Year on year we (as the organisers) get great feedback from the international visitors to AusNOG about the ingenuity of Aussie operators and how 'on-target' the content is _BECAUSE IT COMES FROM REAL OPS PEOPLE_ ...
It's as simple as that..
So what are you waiting for, drop me a note ASAP :-)
