[AusNOG] 1RU colo wanted, Sydney area...

Sorry to interrupt... have an old friend who has a sudden need for 1RU, 
preferably somewhere in Sydney central-ish (not too fussy though).

Have their own address space (/24) that would need to be routed.
Minimal transit requirements.
No longer working in the industry so is looking for lowish costs, and 
happy to be someones "remote hands" if that is mutually beneficial.

The need is pretty much "immediate" - if you can help, please reply
