Optus have so many skilled groups that deal with Optus Web it's hard enough for the incident management team to get a hold of someone for an issue like this so no chance anyone was going to see it on the list haha, It's a nightmare over there.

I always figure - if its loaded an error/busy page then the servers/infrastructure are aware of the problem and so are likely the right people - only when it fails to load a page would I think there is a real big problem.
