[AusNOG] Singtel NOC Contact

Hello,

I'm in need of a contact at the Singtel NOC to get in touch with.

We're seeing strange behaviour with a multi-national site from Australia 
<-> Singapore and we need to rule in or out Singtel (the Singapore 
site's ISP) as a potential factor.

Have attempted calling their NOC with no results.
