I'm aware of people who still have a presence in there due to the fact they
have been there since the connect.com.au days.
AAPT were going to kick people out to Global Switch but then they purchased
the building back and people were allowed to stay put.
That said the number of people in the 3rd party room is dwindling but as
Nathan said they do have a huge footprint of switching and fibre coming in
there.
