Classic one here, typo in the BGP filters

working on taking off BGP session filter and filtering per peer, attaching the per peer prefix filters, iterate through the list of filters to check that they had all the prefix filters.

Unfortunately I missed a typo in which filter I applied to a team of peers with the same rules to apply. Unfortunately this leads to IPv6 route leak.

Hit upstream prefix count limits and have sessions taken out.

So apologies to anyone on here who was hit by my leak, and to those who did please expect an apology and a request to restart sessions.

We all make mistakes, but always good to learn from them
