The new (US) rules do not allow internet service providers to block
websites. So given the free trade agreement etc etc Why are ISP's in
Australia being targeted to block sites?
This also comes back to the 'black list' a very vexed issue, yes it's
dropped of the radar but I'm sure major political parties still think their
is mileage in it.
