In case you didn't know (I didn't)...

 As APNIC is delegating from the final IPv4 /8 block (103/8),
APNIC account holders are only eligible to receive one /22 from
this block. Account holders may request an additional /22 from
the remaining APNIC IPv4 address pool.

Once an account holder has received in total a /21 they are not
eligible to receive any additional IPv4 address space.

Depends on how many and when you got your IPv4 allocation, have a chat to
APNIC.
