[AusNOG] abc iveiw / foxtelgo problems

Hello,

 

Yesterday customers started reporting that they have been geoblocked by abc
ivew and Foxtel go.

 

I've check our prefixes with apnic and various geolocation databases (ie
iplocation.net) and they all appear right. Question is does anyone know what
geo database these services use and if not, does anyone have a technical
contact for either of these services that may be able to help diagnose the
issue. (Their online form quotes "up to" 4 week response time).
