[AusNOG] Looking for a carrier: bulk mobile broadband service.

We have an upcoming project where we will need to collect data from a set
of 500+ data loggers installed in buildings in metro regions via GSM.

In essence we will need SIMs for each device (500+), that provide access to
a private network. The devices will periodically push data to a centralised
set of existing servers (hosted in AWS). Bandwidth requirements are low
(~50MB/device/month).
