I can't find anything cheaper with 4 SFP+ ports [1], but if you want to 
jump to 12 SFP+ ports, then the D-Link DXS-1210-12SC seems to be the 
cheapest around at $1489. Do note the review on Amazon "Unfortunately this 
switch is as noisy as a jet engine and therefore unusable for a home 
switch."

[1] The Alloy AMS-24T4S4SFP is a touch more at $706.99 but I can hardly 
recommend them given the last Allow switch I used (over a decade ago I 
guess) had a nasty habit of crashing when you used the web interface.
