[AusNOG] Acceptable dBM loss over SM cross connect in a datacentre

That figure of 4dB end to end loss over 13km does raise a question -  are
you talking about LR (1310nm) or something else (1550nm-ish)?

Regardless, if the DF path is 4dB loss, and you're getting another ~15dB
from cross connects, that sounds high, and I'd be investigating further.
