The release hit the ASX this morning - http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150820/pdf/430n380f369dfc.pdf

They've indicated that any further mergers between 2 of the big 4 residential suppliers, or any acquisition that would remove an "important independent supplier in the wholesale transmission market" would receive very close scrutiny.
