[AusNOG] Telstra NBN - DSCP Filtering

Have heard the same, and it is common knowledge on Whirlpool forums when 
people have this problem, DSCP is the first culprit.

I have only seen the complaint about Telstra/Bigpond services myself, so 
yes I do believe it may be them implementing it.
