[AusNOG] Optus PTR records

Hi Guys,

I have a client with a static Optus IP address on their internet service,
and they would like to have their PTR record set. I'm hearing conflicting
reports as to whether Optus will do this.

Can anyone onlist confirm or deny that they have had success getting a PTR
record set by Optus please?
