Dear Russell

Thanks for your email, right now it seems extremely random .. random ranges / paths .. finding it hard to find a common point or single issue

But as we gather more information happy to share it with you

Kindest Regards

Hi james,

Any specific ranges or as-paths effected? Does a trace show a common point?

Dear Andrew

Thanks for your feedback and additional information we have traced back some alarms and it would appear they started at 5:37pm when some client VPN’s failing.

We have complaints so far from Melbourne, Sydney and Perth.

So who applied some nationwide configure changes on a Friday evening…..

Kindest Regards
