Micron21 is a different to the others you mentioned path wise but I hear the Superloop offering is well worth a look and probably the most competitive option from those you mentioned, especially if you've looking to touch multiple DC's in the same area!

Its probably got a lot to do with Micron21 and their marketing. As they have built their own infrastructure between a lot of the data centres in Melbourne, and so people want the same connectivity in other cities.
