[AusNOG] Not quite routing issue

Unsure, but maybe it's going via some transparent proxy?  If so, what
does the output of going to http://www.whatsmyip.org/ look like?  If
it's _not_ your original IP it'll at least give you the IP of the
transparent proxy causing you issue?
