Maybe not, there is clearly dumb, stupid routing in there, but you're
right that TPG is where he needs to start, TPG Bris to that IP appears
fine anyway

and if I'm not mistaken they are a gamer network, where the added
latency might be an issue, no idea, I'm not a gamer, last game I played
