[AusNOG] Community TV given the flick

How disappointing... And I was just watching C31 the other night as it had
classic Australian movies on (that no other channel would ever broadcast).
They did actually advertise something about not being guaranteed broadcast
spectrum and to contact various politicians, but I didn't think the
decision was coming this quickly!
