Sorry but no.
The second cable is for the signal on the other polarisation. This is where Foxtel put most of the HD channels.
It's _definitely_ still one way satellite for HD.
Two way sat has a whole bunch of extra infrastructure on the feed horn including the transmitter.
IQ uses your Internet connection for some on demand and grabs other off the feed.
I think the Internet connection means it doesn't have to phone in to tell Foxtel about your feed delivered on demand purchases.
There is a set up process you have to go through to activate the Internet connection.
The ethernet port itself doesn't actually do anything until you do this via the Foxtel customer toolbox.
