[AusNOG] Optus/Uecomm Fibre Outage

We had no choice but to buy from Uecomm, they had the service in the
building.... and I only got a response after beating them up here, it was
Optus that was slow not Uecomm. Optus spent 9 hours finding the fault.

I want to thank Paul and Rahul from Uecomm for being so open and keeping me
updated after I ranted on here.
