[AusNOG] TPG Peering

I've just been notified by PIPE/TPG have upgraded their PIPE NSW port 
today. They also advised that their monitoring didn't pick it up and 
they will be sorting that as well.

If anyone has any issues feel free to email me and I'll take it up with 
my contact directly for you.
