It looks like it may be another RADIUS issue as well as a LAC failure, we are not seeing services in Darwin that have dropped out, not re-authenticating which makes baby jesus cry.  Thanks Klaus.

Yes, there is an outage in QLD / NSW - NOC is looking into it - CA1286435 - no ETR yet.
