If you have access to the Telstra Wholesale Customer Portal - check out the
shared documents section and search for



'RVOP'.



It's not in 'plain' English, but the data there is pretty good. There is
also a High Speed Profile document that explains a lot of the intricate
knobs and dials that you can apply to their services. I suspect if you took
information from these document, and the URL Travis provided, you could put
together what you needed for your staff.



I'm not sure the documents there are locked to which products you source
from Telstra but they are there for us (we do use L2IG).

That is pretty good. I just wish there was something equivalent with hard
data for Australian DSL providers – didn’t get a lot of responses on this
so going to try and see what I can get out of our upstreams (suspect
nothing useful).
