[AusNOG] Syslog daemon on Windows

Yes I know this is a horrible request, but for reasons I won't bore you with, I need to run up a syslog daemon on a Windows 2012 R2 Server 64bit.
Before you ask, yes I have considered Linux and that decision is out of my hands...

Does anyone on this list have any recommendations for a syslog daemon that will:

*         Run on Windows (without Cygwin et al)

*         Won't fall over constantly

*         Will support 64bit natively

*         Will run as a service

*         Will support Syslog over UDP and TCP
