[AusNOG] AWS packet loss LA to Sydney

It would be nice if there were more info:

AWS Status EC2 SYD.
8:55 PM PST We are investigating Internet connectivity issues for some
instances in the AP-SOUTHEAST-2 Region.
9:36 PM PST We continue to investigate Internet connectivity issues for
some instances in the AP-SOUTHEAST-2 Region.
9:55 PM PST Between 8:28 PM and 9:32 PM PST we experienced Internet
connectivity issues for some instances in the AP-SOUTHEAST-2 Region. The
issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
