[AusNOG] AWS packet loss LA to Sydney

We are seeing public assess network problems into AWS, whilst ironically
our VPN traffic seems to be okay.

I like the part where it is a green tick with a nearly unnoticeable I over
the corner.

Under EC2 I see:

8:55 PM PST We are investigating Internet connectivity issues for some
instances in the AP-SOUTHEAST-2 Region.
9:36 PM PST We continue to investigate Internet connectivity issues for
some instances in the AP-SOUTHEAST-2 Region.
