Two points here -

1.  You have not been moderated.  I have no idea why you think you have.  This email made it to the list without our involvement didn't it?

2.  This is yet another off topic thread.  


This is for the list members in general, not aimed specifically at you Matthew.  The signal to noise ratio is getting pretty crappy and if it doesn't lift by itself then the moderators will need to try to raise it for the sake of the thousands of other recipients.  Please keep your messages in line with the list charter, including the clause relating to Professional Respect.  If you are not familiar with the charter please read the document below before posting.
