Could you not simply approach your accounts manager at NextDC and raise a case with them to let you out of any pre-arranged commitments now that they are offering no contract periods? Wouldn’t that be the first thing you would attempt?

Web hosting talk is full of people doing no contracts.

All this means is that the providers like us who have space in next dc and are committed now lose out to people who can join with no contracts?
