[AusNOG] SFP connector question

Is this for an in rack connection? Perhaps use Twinax/DACs and save some $.

The part numbers are effectively the same, one minor increment up, the description is the same and a 10g SR optic is going to be the same on both.

I was thinking that but the photos look the same. ..
In my exposure to sfps is to the duplex .. ie dual core variety. My last adventure into single core want very fruitful.
Are dual more prevalent or simplex ?

Duplex LX means two fibre - TX and RX.
(As opposed to simplex as used by BX optics).
