[AusNOG] SFP connector question

I was thinking that but the photos look the same. ..
In my exposure to sfps is to the duplex .. ie dual core variety. My last adventure into single core want very fruitful.
Are dual more prevalent or simplex ?

Duplex LX means two fibre - TX and RX.
(As opposed to simplex as used by BX optics).
