[AusNOG] Hosted SBC on Megaport

I would imagine so the communication is on a private VXC (not mentioned 
to go over the IX). This allows private addressing and 'some' amount of 
security from the rest of the internet without having to encapsulate in 
a tunnel. This was the whole reason VxC market was created.
