Well I have called them about these sorts of issues in the past, and they
told me they do. So either they are lieing to their customers or..

You would be very wrong, TPG do not filter by default, or at all.

I suspect i know why they have been firewalled, if they have and that would
be because of suspected spam from emailing out Christmas newsletters to 2143
customers
