Apologies to the entire list,
This was a mistake...
We are having a big issue with our email server at present, and to get some
emails I set a catch-all to support, without realising it would of sent
these types of emails out

I've got six so far. Each with a different ticket number. Can't quite wrap
my head around how an AUSNOG post got into a web hoster's support system...
needless to say there was NO message sent to GloVine, at least not from me
directly,
The included link to the ticket status is broken - because the domain
myglo.com.au has expired... as has glostatus.com.au...
