Hi All, We need urgent access to an Eftel (ex platform) rack located in the PIPE suite GlobalSwitch. I've used their access form online, but nobody has replied yet. Their wholesale support number just says 'we are closed, go away'. Anybody I know from the platform days have moved on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Luke
