[AusNOG] Billing Provider Opinions

Currently going through this process ourselves.

We currently use Utilibill to process voice, bill data ourselves.
Utilibill is solid and works.
We wanted a complete solution for both.

At this point, we are throwing some money at developing our own solution.
If that doesn't work out, we'll be going with Outworks.
