[AusNOG] Vyatta Licensing Costs

Hi Kristoffer,

Be aware that there have been a number of security patches released from 
upstreams that have made their way into VyOS, but not Vyatta Community 
Edition.  If you're using IPsec you probably should think about 
upgrading to VyOS 1.0.3.  See
