[AusNOG] Capstone/Thesis topic ideas

I know it might not be much of a hint, but whatever topic you do end up
choosing for your thesis, make sure it is one your supervisor is interested
in. If they don't believe it to be a good topic, or if it doesn't actually
interest them you'll end up on your own throughout the process, which is
absolutely zero fun.

IT Security is certainly an interesting topic, but can be awfully hard to
get industry based research material, as businesses really seem to dislike
talking about their security systems, even to academics.
