[AusNOG] Experiences with Symantec Managed Security Services

Hi all,

Has anyone on the list had any experience with using Symantec's managed
security services as a sort of outsourced Security Operations Centre/log
analysis and alerting service? Particularly for logs/etc generated by
CheckPoint firewalls?

Good/bad experience descriptions welcome. Rants/etc probably best kept in
private responses.
