[AusNOG] Telstra routing via dodo?

I've been fielding calls for the last 50 minutes from people with a 
variety of complaints - all using telstra for their internet connections, 
so far only from eastern states.

May be more than one cause at play, as one of the customers appeared to 
lose connectivity to our network somewhere between 3:05:49 and 3:10:00 
(and seems to still be down).
