[AusNOG] Process for installing new kit in existing racks in .au data centres?

If you have 24/7 unescorted access I'd suggest you just go ahead and
install the equipment whenever you'd like. Very few DC providers would
be game enough to turn off customers active kit, and if they do turn
off your equipment just state it was replacement of failed hardware,
with newer, shiner hardware that takes up significantly more space.
YMMV however.
