[AusNOG] iiNet Outage in Brisbane

Hi Radek,

We saw several of our iiNet sites disappear and reappear around the same 
time.  A couple are still down - I'm not sure whether this is an iiNet 
fault, or another issue.  We've been having some power issues on those 
two sites recently.
