I believe CITEC are a HK provider on Megaport in Sydney and Brisbane...
though I doubt that matters if you are on Megaport.

I believe they can do connectivity to HK, but you'd have to check with them
directly.  One of their guys was at the Megaport Sydney Partner event on
Wednesday.
