First step is making sure the APNIC records are correct.
Then those who cache this information, they need to update their
databases... and how often they do that is up to them. This is a huge pain
in the ass for GEOlocation data and lookup information.
You just have to wait... but with a lot of movements, these things will get
quicker over time... few years maybe :)
