[AusNOG] Throughput Testing

Ixia TaaS is essentially what I am after - thanks Roland! 
Unfortunately it looks like their only servicing Singapore in APac.

I will contact Spirent and Ixia and see what they have on offer.

Spirent and Ixia are the two most common commercial tools in this space, AFAIK.
